I really enjoyed visiting this store for the first time! They have an incredible selection of chocolate and the interior is so whimsical. It’s really is an enchanting store and the staff was very friendly and professional. I tried a few different items and while they were all quite tasty, they were quite a bit too sweet for my taste. I love chocolate and the chocolate quality was very high. I just felt the filings were too sweet for the sweetness of the chocolate. Overall a great store though!

There was so many options! The girl who helped me was so friendly and amazing. She was super sweet! I got two chocolate lollipops for my daughter! I also got a few more things, to include the strawberry Dubai cup! Everything looked so good! ❤️❤️

This business is the real deal. I am 60 years old, a lover of chocolate and what they say about their ingredients is true. This is delicious chocolate. It IS artfully made and wrapped. We received a basket at a meeting when we entered our hotel room. I immediately went to the host and thanked them for the beautiful wrapped basket with incredible chocolate candy and pretzels. However, most importantly, I asked where this basket came from. El Paso, Texas...Chocolat. This meeting was in San Diego and all the baskets had been shipped from El Paso. We live in Kentucky and will be hosting an event in Montana. The gift baskets are being shipped by Chocolat to Montana. The lady I spoke with on the phone was kind and genuine. Her name was Liz. Thank you Liz and thank your family. Our family owned businesses are being bought out by these greedy corporations. Hold on to your passion and don't sell out to corporations who cut the quality to pocket the money. Long live Chocolat and long live our family owned businesses. Sincerely, "Penny"

This is the most whimsical shop I've ever stepped foot in. Literally like a studio Ghibli movie. So much to choose from; you're pretty much guaranteed to find something perfect wether you're looking for a gift or a little sweet treat for yourself. One of my favorite things I saw was the chocolate mice (so creative)!! I also think it was very thoughtful of the worker to remove the price tags before bagging my items as they were gifts for some friends. 1000/10. Love this place.

I recently revisited Chocolat & The shop is still as beautiful as ever, with unmatched quality products. It seems like there may have been a change in management, as the customer service was impeccable! The chocolate quality remains the same, pure decadence & elegance , but there is a new, fresh atmosphere that adds to the overall experience. What we took home was delicious, and our family is still enjoying the treats.We will definitely be returning! Gifting my clients, loved ones & family members with their high end quality service is exactly what I was in search of & I found it here!
